- Our alarms have a battery backup siren, meaning if the power is disconnected from the alarm or siren when the alarm is active, the backup siren will sound.
- If triggered, the alarm will sound and alert our monitoring team who will contact you to confirm a theft. This is where the combination of a tracker kicks in, allowing us to track your vehicle and aid in recovery if stolen.
The Scorpion Defender 7 is Scorpion's Sigma S37 CAN BUS CAT 2 to CAT 1 upgrade alarm integrated with their advance tracking network. The base option Defender S7 upgrades your motorhome to Thatcham CAT 1 level adding motion detection in the cab area, adding a battery back up siren, bonnet protection and a wireless door sensor for the rear habitation door. This combined with the insurance approved S7 tracker helps cover from damage and theft.
